The Team:
Our team is responsible for the management and improvements of the Business Applications that drive the S&P Global Market Intelligence Division as well as other applications across divisions of S&P Global through Centers of Excellence.
The team leads many internal applications from Salesforce, Order to Cash, Order Fulfillment, Reporting and Workflow tools and more. You will have the opportunity every single day to work with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and are able to develop a close team dynamic with coworkers from around the globe on the latest technologies.
The Impact: You will work alongside other directors, senior leads, team members, developers and quality assurance team members to deliver projects on our key platforms.
You will use your agile and salesforce platform skills to help drive quality and improvements on the projects delivered from within the Centers of Excellence. You will be a Scrum master of one or more teams or oversee team members who are Scrum masters on teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for Project delivery for a key area of the Salesforce center of excellence. In this role you will be responsible for clearing blockers, ensuring quality and timely project delivery as well as building relationships with key business stakeholders.
As an agile expert, you will coach the team on how to improve their agile approach and work to build high performing teams. You will work to mitigate any challenges or conflict within the teams
In this role, and as a member of the Information Platforms PM/BA Leadership team, you will be responsible for helping to support the strategic direction of the platform and the teams. You will also manage people either directly or indirectly in order to assure project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- In charge for all authorities’ permits and licenses applications and renewal for companies trading purposes.
- Prepare and submit all necessary documentation in a timely and accurate manner eg. letters of credit, credit control mechanisms if any; licenses; declarations; packing; routing, transport and safety documentation.
- Effectively and efficiently manage the movement of products/equipment/materials in and/or out in accordance with organizational policy and procedures, and to comply with relevant local, country and international law and processes.
- Involved in attending meetings with Customs Officials in the application of duty refunds and tariff reclassification as appropriate and will assist with any appeals that are forthcoming.
- To work closely with internal departments such as sales/projects, planners, warehouse, suppliers, shippers/consignees to establish and maintain effective and relevant import/export activities.
- To maintain & keep up-to-date with changes as occur, able to advise customers on import and export restrictions, tariff system, insurance requirements and all other customs related matters.
- Maintain and share with colleagues as appropriate, personal knowledge of all relevant import/export law and procedures; tariffs and duties; licenses and restrictions.
Requirements:
- Minimum possess at least a Diploma, advanced/higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree; post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree any field.
- Preferably 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Executive/Senior Executive specializing in Shipping/Logistics/Import/Import/Export Management or equivalent.
- Well versed with customs/compliance requirements.
- With effective communication skill to develop constructive and cooperative working environment and maintain good relationship with relevant department.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, solve problem based on adequate data and using logic to identify the strength and weakness of alternative solutions, conclusion or approaches to problem.
- Preferably familiar with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.
- Good interpersonal skills.
